Dig Inn

Last week I had lunch at Dig Inn. Dig Inn is transparent with what they serve customers and who and where supply the vegetables and meats. Read about their philosophy here.

I've noticed they have three separate trash bins. "Compost, Recycle, Trash".
It is a great thing for the company to start encouraging separating trash at their establishments, I'm sure they go through a lot of it as it was so busy during lunch hour.

In their bathroom was a framed list of which farms they buy their meats and vegetables from. Their website also provides nutritional information about each item.

There is a wonderful selection on the menu and a lot of the flavors pair with each other perfectly. I had the kale and apple salad, avocado, wild salmon salad, lemon chicken and a vanilla mint rooibos iced tea.
